Creatine monohydrate has been part of my daily supplement routine for quite some time, so I appreciate finding a straightforward product without unnecessary added ingredients.

Creatine Powder Supplement

I got this to use when I work out. This powder gives 5 grams of creatine per serving. There are 100 servings per container! The powder is unscented/unflavored. It mixes well and dissolved 100% without issue. It helps me out with my energy levels. I like the amount of powder in this container that I get. It’s nice this is made in America. That’s a big plus. It works well and is a good value for the money.

Flavorless and blends well

PROS: This is my first time trying creatine. I'm middle aged and play sports daily (soccer, basketball, mountain bike). After using the product for a few weeks, I feel stronger and seem to recover a bit faster. I did not do the double-dose loading phase up front, just took 5g a day. Powder is flavorless and blends well in a personal blender. Putting some powder on your tongue tastes like aspirin, but no noticeable flavor when blended in a protein shake.

CONS: Price is a bit higher than similar products. Tub is only one third full - harder to scoop and waste of plastic.

I’ve wanted to try creatine powder for some time now, as it’s been highly recommended to me. I play pickleball daily, as well as take weight training classes. So I was exited to try this as soon as it arrived. I absolutely love that there is no flavors or smell- this is what prevented me from trying earlier. It’s completely tasteless. And it doesn’t have any grit or texture either. It mixes smoothly.

After taking it daily for weeks, I have noticed an increase in energy, which helps my workouts tremendously. I’m looking forward to seeing muscle strength improvements too. I feel like I’m not as tired between sessions and seem to bounce back faster.

And it’s essential to me to only use products made in the USA. It’s non-gmo and has no fillers either. Very important to me. The large tub lasts months with daily use- great value. Overall, I’m super pleased with this product and have already recommended to family and friends.

Not the best creatine powder I have tried

How do you know if creatine powder is working or not after taking it for a few days? You don't. You have to take it for a while. And even then, at least for me, it is hard to tell. This brand states it has 5g of creatine per serving, which is basically the same as others, so nothing I can comment on that. So I rate this powder on the basis of its taste, packaging and how well it dissolves, which are important to me when I pick a creatine powder.
Packaging is deceiving. The container is much bigger than another brand I have that has the same amount of creatine by weight. So when you open the container lid, you notice it is less than half full. That does not matter of course is you purchased it based on the stated weight. But because the container is so big, you have to get your hand in there deep and I get powder on my hand each time. I suggest this manufacturer reduces the size of the container.
It does not dissolve very well in cold water and after steering, some powder still remains at the bottom of the glass. I have two other brands of creatine and those both dissolve better than this. That said, with a mixer, you can get it to mostly dissolve eventually.
I could not taste much, other than a slight bitter taste. So little that I would agree with the manufacturer's statement that it is unflavored. If you add this to your coffee or other flavored drinks, I would guess you would not taste any changed flavor from this creatine powder.
Final thought on this is that I don't think there is anything special about it, so I think the price is high compared to others of similar size package.
