Usage & Dosing

How do I take Magnesium Bisglycinate?

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Each bottle contains 120 capsules — a 60-day supply. For best results, take consistently at the same time each day.

How do I take Creatine Monohydrate Powder?

Mix 1 scoop (5g) with at least 8 oz of water, juice, or your preferred beverage. Take daily, ideally 30–90 minutes before or after exercise. Can also be taken on non-training days to maintain creatine stores.

Can I take magnesium and creatine together?
