This is a pretty good deal for creatine that is made in the USA. Most generic creatine is imported from countries with spotty regulation and poor safety and purity records. Personally I am only interested in creatine made in the US or in Germany, and that rules out most brands.

I won't make this a review about creatine itself, but suffice it to say that I have been taking creatine daily for a few years now and I think it has made a real different both for my workouts and my mental clarity.

I am impressed with this tub of creatine: it dissolves easily, has no weird smells, looks and feels like what I expect, and comes in a decent size. So the stuff that I can personally observe all checks out.

I never realized all magnesium is not the same. My friend recommended magnesium glycinate as per her doctor and after reading about it I’m impressed. This is quality product and gentle on my stomach. It’s way too soon to if I am getting any benefits from this product but I will keep taking and update. Happy with ingredients and easy to swallow these pills. Overall been satisfied with my experience using this creatine supplement so far. As it says, it is unflavored so you can’t really expect to just add water and down it, unless that’s your style.
